Carlos Flores is Senior Pastor of East River Fellowship. He and his wife, Pam, have been married 29 wonderful years and have 3 adult children. In March 2002 they, along with several other couples, founded East River Fellowship.

What drives Pastor Carlos? He is passionate to see people excited about God’s love for us. His observation is that too many folks go through life seeking fulfillment and settle for so much less. Pastor Carlos is convinced that God’s plans for us are so awesomely positive that his messages can’t help but reflect that truth.

Pastor Carlos became a follower of Christ in high school. After initially studying criminology, he began ministry preparation at Fresno Pacific College. Throughout the years, his ministry assignments have been diverse, encompassing lay and formal ministry, both within and outside the church. He worked as a probation officer for 25 plus years and entered full-time pastoral ministry in 1999.
